My resolution for 2008: Mute

My resolution for Second Life in 2008 is to use the Mute option more often.

  • When some jackass deejay announces in Live Music Enthusiasts and then gets huffy, PLONK.

  • Anybody with someone else on a leash, PLONK.

  • Anybody on a leash, PLONK.

  • Awful performers I have absolutely no interest in hearing, PLONK.

  • Venue operators who talk up those performers like they're the Second Coming Of Jesus, PLONK.

How dare they, eh.

I'm the Second Coming of Jesus, after all.

What's your resolutions for Second Life in 2008?

I'm moderately confused .. what exactly IS a "PLONK"?

Traditional killfile sound. Hitting the bottom of the trash bin.

Lunette Fouroux:

I resolve to stop SLiving vicariously through your & Chestnut's blogs.

I'll take your word about the heavy handed promoters, but there are few things in SL that disturb me as much as the leash people. PLONK indeed.

Fleep - It's one of the endearing quality of the Live Music Enthusiasts group.

As opposed to the Edloe Island group chats, when some dingbat starts off a firestorm of random chitchat that always end up about yaks, perverts, and the occasional YAY!
