I will provide a "Box Of Crap" dispenser in the clocktower on Edloe island, the clocktower on Nessus, and the 100 Word Stories office on Collins that will contain most of the building blocks forthe avatar.
To submit an entry, send the snapshot to me as a postcard:
1. Set up the pose and scene
2. Click the Snapshot button
3. Choose the "Send a Postcard" option
4. Uncheck the HUD and interface options
5. Click the Send button
6. Address is crapmariner@isfullofcrap.com
7. Subject should be "CONTEST ENTRY FROM [YOUR AVATAR NAME]"
8. Fill in any description you'd like, or just say "HI!"
9. Click the Send button
Or just save the image to your hard drive and send it to me via email at crapmariner@isfullofcrap.com
As I receive each entry, I'll post them to a special gallery on my website:

You may submit as many entries as you want, but please be reasonable. There's only so much space the gallery, let alone the Internet, can hold, right?
The deadline for Entries is 5PM SLT 11/5/2007 - and be sure to come on by the Grace McDunnough concert in the clocktower.
At that point, I'll turn on the polling software in the Gallery to start counting votes, and voting will continue until 5PM SLT 11/12/2007.
Should the polling software fail somehow, what I'll do is select twenty of the best entries and post them up with a pollhost.com poll on the weblog for people to vote for.
Prizes will be:
5000L for First Place
2500L for Second Place
1250L for Third Place

The snapshots you took are within SL.
In order to post them to the web gallery, they need to get to me as jpg files, easiest done as postcards and such.
Otherwise, I get stuck doing all the work on this. Plus, you get dinged by LL for 10L for each item.
Read my lips: I'm not doing all of the work. And you're not getting dinged for 10L for each entry.
